You may have seen me post in my stories that I just received my Egyptian Reiki certificate! I’m very excited to start using the Sekhem energies 🙏💫
But I also want to share something important: often a certificate is seen as competence, mastery, or experience. But this is not the case.
A certificate is a doorway. It’s a marker that says you’ve studied, you’ve completed training, you’ve committed to the path. But true depth—the wisdom, the skill, the energy that flows through your hands—comes from practice, from showing up again and again, and from the humility of being a lifelong student.
I don’t see this certificate as an ending point. I see it as the beginning of a much deeper journey. My growth as a Reiki practitioner, teacher and Guide will always be shaped by experience, dedication, and the trust of those who choose to work with me.
So, while I celebrate this step, I also remind myself and others:
