✨ What a weekend! ✨

Two beautiful souls joined me in The Sanctuary for their Reiki Growth journey and Level 2 attunement. 🌸

We sat together in sacred circle — sharing, supporting, and holding space for one another as we deepened our connection to Reiki energy. 💫

Cacao, essential oils, and oracle cards wove their magic throughout the day, bringing gentle guidance and heart-opening energy to our journey. 🌿🕊️

I feel so blessed and deeply grateful to do this work — to witness transformation, healing, and growth in such beautiful ways. 💖

The energy has settled deeply into the room, holding us in calm and gratitude.

A hard truth… but there’s no quick fix for finding balance in your mind and body. ✨
It always comes back to the basics — the simple things we know we should do, but often forget:

🍎 Eat real food. Choose whole, nourishing ingredients that actually fuel you — your body thrives on what comes from the earth, not a packet.

🏃‍♀️ Move your body daily. Even a 10-minute walk counts. It’s about creating momentum and keeping your energy flowing.

💧 Hydrate! Your body is around 75% water — every cell depends on it to function properly. So drink up!
