Today I've been talking with my Marrakech retreat guests and helping them prepare for our time together.

A must see place is Jemma el Fnaa square. It is a socialising and meeting for Moroccans, with snake charmers, music, singing, shopping, henna and lots more!

I like to relax at a roof terrace cafe and look over the square during sunset to soak up the atmosphere.

If Marrakech is on your bucket list, I have a space available.

The retreat is relaxed, friendly and fun.

In 2012 my life began to change for the better.

I finally got the courage to travel solo. I spent 5 and half months backpacking in South East Asia, visiting Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. I gained confidence and joy returned into my life I realised I could live life on my own terms.

I went on to change careers, from social work to teaching yoga and hosting international retreats.

The world is big and life is short, so we have to do the things that make us happy, despite what others may think.
If you are ready for a solo adventure join one of my bespoke retreats for women.

I have spaces available for Marrakech retreat 13th -17th April and Bali 25th September to 2nd October.

Reflexology is the perfect compliment to yoga.

It's a part of my weekly self care routine and helps with my digestion and sleep.

The return of the sun☀️

I'm so happy it's getting warmer and I can get outside more.

This winter I found it hard to go walking as regularly as I would have liked.

Being in nature helps me feel more grounded as I spend a lot of time on my computer at home.

I hope you get to enjoy the sun today😎
