Since starting her yogic practice at the age of 16, she finds it is a way to escape the bustle and stresses of life that brings a sense of calmness and alertness to the mind. Having trained to become a Yoga teacher in Goa, India, she discovered even more delights to this ancient tradition. Increasing flexibility, strength and stamina through asanas (postures); learning to extend and hold the breath via pranayamas (breathing techniques) and bandhas (locks); and stilling the mind using meditation, she incorporates these different elements within her Hatha Yoga classes. You will feel energised, revitalised and inspired after each class. Having been a Primary school teacher for 6 years, she is also able to bring creativity and fun to Yogalise classes for children during the school day or as an after school club. Catering for all - whether you are a novice or a regular yogi, she will support and challenge you on your Yogalise journey.

Little getaway to soothe the soul 🌳

I've had a lovely weekend away in the New Forest to celebrate my hubby's birthday.

We slowed down, played board games, read and loved seeing so many wild animals. Plus it was a bonus that there was no WiFi so we could switch off from the world.

It's been a really hectic few months so a slower pace was much needed.

I'm looking forward to seeing many of you in classes this week for some chilled vibes. ☺️X

Happy Halloween! 🦇🎃👻

I hope your day has been filled with lots of treats (and definitely no tricks).

We started the day with a spooky stroll around one of my favourite places; .

After a lot of trick or treating, my hubby made some yummy Czech food-goulash and homemade dumplings. We usually go to visit my mum in Prague at this time of year so he knew that I was missing it all.

I'm feeling very loved and grateful. ❤️
I hope you are too. I can't wait to see many of you at yoga next week.

Little Yogis Summer party class🎊😎

I know it's almost autumn but I had to share some of the gorgeous pics that .walton.photography took of our Summer party class.

We danced, enjoyed yoga, storytelling, immersed ourselves in bubbles and sang songs...

Plus the little ones loved the soft play provided by and the berry pots lovingly made by Caz at .

There's one space left for Little Yogis running on Wednesdays at The Cloud Space (ideal for 18 months-4 year olds).

I've missed this view 😍

As the nights are drawing in, Pregnancy Yoga is getting extra cosy with more twinkling lights and our dreamy projections.

I loved welcoming new faces tonight as well as regular ladies who have been coming throughout pregnancy.

We had pregnant people joining from 14 weeks to 32 (and I've had ladies come all the way until 42 weeks before). For some, it's their first pregnancy but for others their second or fourth pregnancy.

If you'd like to meet other mums-to-be in the area, stretch, move and unwind, come and join us.

Classes run on Tuesdays at 7:30pm at in Daventry.

Our Story

Veronica has always been passionate about Yoga. Since becoming a parent, she has recently trained in Pregnancy Yoga and Birthlights’s TM Nurturing Baby Massage. She is now keen to pass on these wonderful practices to mammas-to-be and new parents. Using flowing, organic movements, you will feel energised, revitalised and inspired after each class. Having been a Primary school teacher for 9 years, she is also able to bring creativity and fun to Yogalise classes for children during the school day or as an after school club. Catering for all - whether you are a novice or a regular yogi, she will support and challenge you on your Yogalise journey.
