Did you know today is World Sleep Day? 🌙
We recently commissioned research into people’s sleeping habits and discovered that, on average, many are getting less than 6 hours of sleep a night during the week and three quarters of people say they want better sleep.
The good news? There’s strong evidence that regular yoga practice can help improve not only strength and flexibility, but also sleep quality, mental health, immune function, and overall wellbeing.
