UNIT 22 Northampton’s Story

UNIT 22 is Northampton's premier Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit, Weightlifting and Personal Training facility. We were established in 2011 as CrossFit Northampton and became UNIT 22 Northampton in 2012 when we added our extra disciplines of Weightlifting, RAW Conditioning, Yoga & Pilates which allow us to deliver a more varied and complimentary service.

Our different disciplines focus on all elements of fitness – strength, speed, power, stamina, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy, while adding an element of fun and community to your training. CrossFit & Weightlifting classes running daily and RAW Conditioning classes run on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, as well as Personal Training & Sports Massage services ensure that we have something for everyone.

We want your time in UNIT 22 to be the best part of your day and our expert coaches and staff are always on hand to give advice on training, mobility and goals or just to have a chat and share a laugh. We design programmes that are easily scaled to suit the capability of each individual, allowing a professional athlete to work alongside their grandmother performing the same movements and working at the same relative intensities. This allows us to build a community of like-minded people sharing the same workouts and ultimate goals of achieving the best version of themselves. Whether that goal is being able to walk or run 2km, or competing at the CrossFit Games, our expert coaching team can guide you to achieving those targets.
