e daily struggles. Her trainings up to date have included :
Children's and Teen yoga , yoga for those with neuro - diversity and ASD , Adult invitational yoga , Restorative yoga and most recently , Trauma Informed Yoga. Inclusion and diversity are celebrated and all are welcome at her Northamptonshire based classes. Lisa's classes are invitational and somatic based, helping you to find what feels good in your body. Weekly class offerings in the community include :

~ Gentle Adult Flow
~ Teen girls yoga circle
Lisa also works across Northamptonshire delivering yoga in schools and outreach programs such as TRUST to support vulnerable learners. Lisa is a trained Mental Health First Aider for adults and children, and a mentor for children and adult student yoga teachers. She speaks regularly as an Inclusive guest teacher on children's yoga trainings nationally and internationally. She is able to work 1- 1 with individuals to support mental health, and offers Trauma Informed Yoga practices to those with lived experience of Trauma or those working in or exposed to regular trauma.
