Exercising whilst you're pregnant is a definite YES!!! For sooo many reasons... Which I can dive into on another video.
Generally you're okay carrying on with almost everything (in terms of exercise) but it's important to note they tend to say avoid starting anything new particularly once you've reached the second trimester... But you can generally carry anything on throughout your pregnancy you have always done apart from things noted in this video.
Some to definitely avoid
🥊 Contact sports
🔥Anything that raises the body temp too high (hot yoga, saunas etc💔)
🛌 Lying on your back for too long
Note as your pregnancy progresses make sure you modify or adjust anything as needed and always discuss routines with your midwife or doctor to ensure things are safe for you and the baby.
