Exercising whilst you're pregnant is a definite YES!!! For sooo many reasons... Which I can dive into on another video.
Generally you're okay carrying on with almost everything (in terms of exercise) but it's important to note they tend to say avoid starting anything new particularly once you've reached the second trimester... But you can generally carry anything on throughout your pregnancy you have always done apart from things noted in this video.

Some to definitely avoid
🥊 Contact sports
🔥Anything that raises the body temp too high (hot yoga, saunas etc💔)
🛌 Lying on your back for too long

Note as your pregnancy progresses make sure you modify or adjust anything as needed and always discuss routines with your midwife or doctor to ensure things are safe for you and the baby.

We are fed up with FITFLUENCERS posting their ridiculous fancy healthy meals. You can stick your courgetti and cauliflower rice where the sun don't shine 💩☀️

As a nation we like our normal meals. That's who we are!! Embrace it.

Instead of making crazy big changes focus on making small changes to the meals you already love!!

CHICKEN CURRY- one of the nations favourites. How can we make it less caloric, higher in fibre and protein?

Simply add loads more vegetables in than you already do. Get them frying from the start so they take on maximal flavour and get nice and soft. Peppers, broccoli, kale, spinach, courgette, squash... the list is endless. Pick your favourites get them in and reduce your portion of rice. SIMPLES.

Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean you have to pack it full of plans and activities. It’s so easy to get stressed from over-arranging and cramming in too much—which can leave you more exhausted than refreshed.

✅ Give yourself permission to slow down.

They look great but taste like cardboard. There is a reason why we love the foods we love. Instead of making you eat "bush pick" at Pocket Coach we are all about making small changes to the foods you already eat.

Lasagne, but make it healthier! 🍝💪

Love lasagne but want a lighter version? Try these easy swaps:

✅ Pack in the veggies → Add mushrooms, peppers, carrots, or spinach to your meat sauce for extra nutrients & fibre.
