Ladies… get yourself measured!

Those over the shoulder boulder holders affect your breathing, digestion, your mood, your heart, and posture….. and perkiness 😂

I’ve been wearing the same size for years and just merrily buying new bras in the same size during that time… went to get measured today and I’m wearing 2 sizes too small !!!

I highly recommend M&S Rushden Lakes.

Marley had to come with and we made him a little jail in the accessible changing room 😂
