Today we celebrate mothers in all shapes and form they come in!

To the mums raising children every day with love, patience and strength.

To the grandmothers, step mums, adoptive mums and mother figures who guide and nurture.

To the women who support, care, hold space and love like a mum even if the title was never officially theirs.

Motherhood isn't just one story, for some today is full of hugs, cards and family moments.
For others, it may bring memories, longing or quiet reflection.

However this day feels for you, all of those feelings are valid.

Spring Reset🌱

There is something about this time of year that feels hopeful.

After the long stretch of winter, the first buds are starting to appear, the days get a little brighter and nature gently starts again. Tiny shoots pushing through the soil, new leaves forming, fresh growth everywhere you look.

Its a gentle reminder that change doesn't have to be dramatic or powerful.

Spring can be the perfect time to reset your thinking, to let go of old patterns that no longer serve you and make space for something new.

Just like those first buds, growth often starts quietly with one new thought, one new step, one new perspective.

A new month.
A new season approaching.
Longer days. Lighter evenings.

There’s something about the 1st of March that feels like a quiet turning point.

Winter begins to loosen its grip.
Nature slowly wakes up.
And we’re reminded that fresh starts don’t have to be dramatic… they can be gentle.

New intentions. New goals.
New light. New beginnings.

If the bulbs beneath the soil can push through after months in the dark…so can we.

March doesn’t need to be about pressure or perfection.
It can simply be about:

✨ Calming your nervous system
✨ Letting go of what’s been heavy
✨ Reconnecting with who you really are
✨ Taking one small, steady step forward

This month, instead of asking “What do I need to achieve?”
Try asking, “How do I want to feel?”

Calm?
Clear?

Pause.
February might have felt:

Busy.Heavy.Messy.Transformational.

Or all of it at once.

But something is shifting.

The days are getting longer.
The light is stretching further into the evenings. 🌅
And just like nature, there’s a quiet lift beginning.

So today, as you put on your crown, ask yourself:

✨ What drained me this month?
✨ What restored me?
✨ What do I want more of in March?

You don’t need a dramatic reinvention.
Sometimes the most powerful shift is choosing,

The light is returning, longer evenings, softer skies and the first signs of spring.

Are you feeling it to?

If anxiety has felt louder over the darker months, your nervous system has been working hard.

Just like nature we don’t bloom all year round.

As the trees begin to bloom again
and quietly strengthen their roots beneath the surface, there’s a reminder there for all of us.

Growth doesn’t have to be loud.
It can be steady. Grounded. Rooted.

Nature doesn’t rush its renewal.
It responds to the light.

And maybe this season is simply inviting you to do the same.

A little more calm.
A little more care.
A little more connection.

March doesn’t have to be about doing more.

February has a quiet energy about it.

It’s not quite winter anymore… but not fully spring either.
It sits in the middle, a bridge between what has been and what’s about to bloom.
And maybe that’s where many of us are too.
The small choices made now,

the walk instead of the scroll,
the breath instead of the reaction,
the boundary instead of the burnout

they’re shaping something we might not see yet.

Growth doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like consistency.
Like showing up gently.
Like trying again.

💛 Day 7 – You Are Not Alone

As we come to the end of Children’s Mental Health Week, I wanted to gently remind parents of something important:
If your child is struggling with anxiety, confidence, friendships, or feeling like they don’t quite fit — you’re not alone, and neither are they.

For some children and teens, having a little extra support can make a real difference.

Approaches such as:
hypnotherapy, breathwork & simple calming tools can help children feel:

✨ safer in their body
✨ calmer in their mind
✨ more confident being themselves

Children and teenagers are often especially responsive to breathwork and hypnotherapy because they naturally use their imagination.

That ability to imagine, visualise and feel things deeply can become a real strength, helping them learn how to calm their nervous system and feel safer inside themselves.

Support doesn’t mean something is “wrong”.
It simply means giving children the tools they need to feel safe, steady and supported as they grow.

💛 This Is My Place starts with feeling safe — and every child deserves that.
