Taking care of yourself isn't something you get to do once everything else is done. You don't have to be exhausted to deserve a break.

I see this all the time in my sessions — women feeling guilty for simply needing space, silence, or sleep.
Rest isn't selfish. It's wisdom. 🌿

Welcome to National Self Care Week! 💛

This week, let's stop treating self care as a luxury and start seeing it as a necessity.

You give so much to others - it's time to pour something back into you.

I see it so often with my clients: the moment they pause to breathe, they realise how much they have been holding in.

Confession time : I am posting this a day late... because I wasn't listening to my own body, I picked up something too heavy and now my backs reminding me - rest isn't optional. Its a message I share with my clients all the time, listen to your body when it whispers, so it doesn't have to shout!
