My 1-2-1 sessions are a great way to

In a rider specific session we focus on:
✨ Footwork - to combat bowing knees and help strengthen around the knee joint and lower body
✨ Upper body & thoracic strength - opening up the chest, strengthening and retraining that upper spine to counteract rounded shoulders
✨ Deep core work - Improve our posture by strengthening the core reducing lordosis alleviating pain in this region
✨ Lengthening what riding tightens - hamstrings, hip flexors those usual suspects
✨ Pelvic stability and symmetry - most riders favour one side. We work to balance and realign evenly.
✨ Hips also don’t lie - Supple hips = better communication, better shock absorption and smoother riding!
