At Scenic Sauna, we believe you should have your "health" cake... and eat it. It's a perfectly balanced recipe passed down for generations that works in balance and is proven to work. Everything Scenic Sauna offers is the best of our own health cake. We've personally used these ingredients to recover from auto-immune illness and keep the mind and body in an optimal state. Whether that is breath work or yoga classes, community, mindset or daily sauna and ice baths. We want you to experience feeling truly well, full of vitality, with the kind of bounce a golden retriever would envy. Our approach to health and wellness is focused on providing a unique experience with scientifically proven practices for all of our community to benefit from. Whether you plan on attending daily, weekly, or as a one-off experience. Our outdoor sauna and ice bath facilities are designed to promote optimal health. Good. Now. HOW IT WORKS

We want to offer everyone the best experience at Scenic Sauna, to do this we have divided our opening hours into 50 minutes slots. Each slot will have space for up to 8 people. These can be booked in advance via our website using the guide below. Or you can book all 8 slots and have the entire place to yourself! Walk-ins are welcome at the start of each slot, however we cannot guarantee there will be space available so it's always recommended to book in advance on our bookings page

You are free to come and go as you please for your session. Food and Drinks are welcome in our relaxation areas. Feel free to grab something from the Old Smokery or Hayloft Cafe at Far Peak to enjoy after your sauna, relaxing in the sun. BOOKING

3. Login or create an account.
4. Proceed through the checkout to purchase.
5. For your first booking with us, you'll receive an email asking you to complete a health waiver - make sure to do this ahead of your visit to avoid delays to starting your session.

Learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

🎭 Heat & Humour: Improv & Sauna
📆 4th February / 6pm
This is a unique opportunity to join legend for a special evening of improv and sauna! Join us for a 90 min improv class (no previous experience needed!) followed by a 50 min sauna / ice bath session. This will be a fun, joyful night with plenty of laughter!

Every week, we come together to move, breathe, and reconnect. Through yoga and breathwork, we support our health and wellbeing on a deep level; changing our blood work, changing the state of our nervous system, and helping us feel the best we possibly can.

Find your tribe. The sauna is great, the cold is hard, (and great), but the thing that stays with you long after your session is the conversations you've shared and the weekly catch ups with those people who sync with your sauna and cold cycle.

This isn't just a nice thing, “Personal connection creates mental and emotional stimulation, which are automatic mood boosters, while isolation is a mood buster,” says project director Dr. Robert Waldinger who directs Harvard's 85 year Harvard Study of Adult Development.
