At Well Run, our marshals are the heartbeat of every course. They’re the early alarms, the loudest cheers, the steady hands pointing you in the right direction, and the smiling faces that keep you moving when the miles get tough.

From setting up before sunrise to celebrating the final finisher, our marshals create the energy, safety, and spirit that turn a race into an experience. They bring the hype. They bring the heart. They bring the community.

With 10 races across 4 events this year, we couldn’t do it without an incredible crew that support us 💛

Well Run Ladies, let’s celebrate you!

At Well Run, we recognise the barriers. We understand putting yourself first and signing up for a run is a big deal. Buying a sports bra that fits you properly is expensive. Juggling children’s activities to find time to run is hard. Not feeling it during your cycle is demotivating. Not feeling safe running in the dark is just not ok!

That’s why we want to represent you!
