We had our Summer Fayre here at Sandiway Lodge yesterday. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us but everyone still had a lovely day despite being indoors.
All enjoyed the wild west theme and the country and western singer was amazing.
Thank you to all relatives and family for attending and spending money on the BBQ, raffle and various stalls.
Thank you to Horse, Hound and Hunter in Winsford for donating the hay bales for us.

Our lovely Doreen was 105 years old on 25th July. We had a lovely party for her and a big thanks to all the local schools for making her lots of birthday cards, the public who sent birthday cards in for her and also local businesses who donated cupcakes and balloons.
She had a lovely day and even got a message from the King and Queen

We had various activities here at Sandiway Lodge last week.

We were joined by Rise who did some great games and chair exercises for residents.

It was International Tea Day so residents enjoyed

different teas in our china cups.

We also had a singer and residents loved singing along

Mothers Day Weekend was enjoyed by all including indoor games. Thanks to Weaverham Gospel Church for the donation of the small bouquet of flowers each for residents and staff

Carol has been working hard for a couple of weeks to make these spring wreaths to hang on our residents doors. They are beautiful, well done carol

Our Dignity Champion HCA Janine visited
all our Residents and staff to ask them for the pledges they would
like to be upheld for dignity.
Well done Janine, Dignity is so import to everybody.
