Iโ€™m so pleased to share that I am now offering gentle twilight evening appointments every Wednesday and Thursday in my peaceful holistic garden lodge.

As the sun begins to set and the day softens into evening, the space becomes something truly specialโ€”calm, grounding, and beautifully still. Surrounded by nature, birdsong, and the quiet glow of dusk, itโ€™s the perfect time to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

A few people have asked me lately what reiki actually feels like, so I thought Iโ€™d share ๐Ÿ˜Š

Most people say they feel:โœจ Deeply relaxed (like your mind finally goes quiet)โœจ Warmth or tinglingโœจ That โ€œfloatyโ€ feeling you get just before sleep

I still remember my first session โ€” I went in not knowing what to expect and came out feeling completely different.

You donโ€™t have to โ€œbelieveโ€ in anything โ€” itโ€™s really just about giving your body space to switch off and reset.

Itโ€™s especially helpful if youโ€™re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just constantly โ€œonโ€ and canโ€™t switch off.

Since being back at the Lodge & treating/speaking to you all Iโ€™ve decided to tweak my Treatment Menu slightly! Adding a new treatment โ€˜The Garden Lodge Ritualโ€™ which has the option for a 1hour30min treatment or a 2hour treatment ๐Ÿ’•

I love that you are all loving the longer treatmentโ€™s ๐Ÿฅฐ

I have also added the option to add on โ€˜Sacred Closing Ritualโ€™ which will include a grounding Cacao & intuitive card pull at the end of your treatment (this is included with the Reiki Healing Rituals only usually)
