Hey there, I'm Trudie and I'm a Doula in training!

What's a Doula? There's no easy answer to that! It's a person who helps, usually through pregnancy, birth and postnatally. We are not medical but offer emotional and sometimes physical support to pregnant people to ensure they feel secure and safe during such a vulnerable time.

I've been blessed with two beautiful children with my husband and after experiencing two completely different pregnancies and births, want to support others towards their dream births.
