1. 🛑 Stop Mental Rehearsals
When you notice your mind getting stuck replaying old events or arguments, you are creating self-inflicted stress.

• Action: Immediately shift your focus to the present moment or a productive task.

• Mantra: "This memory is not my current reality."

2. 🚪 Close Emotional Loops
Unresolved emotional connections, old grudges, or lingering attachments to past situations drain your reserves.

• Action: Mentally or verbally declare an end to these draining connections.

• Statement: "Any past connection or concern actively draining my energy, I release it now."

3. 📱 Curate Your Digital Input

Your emotional state absorbs the content you consume. Actively remove toxic, overly negative, argumentative, or trauma-focused accounts from your feed.
