Hi, its Counsellor Rachael here! I've not posted for a while because I have been super busy, helping people to find their way through troubles and curveballs that life throws our way. Now that the nights are closing in, and it's getting colder, this affects our moods and magnifies our negative emotions and behaviours. It has become apparent that technology is not my friend, and never will be!😭. I have found 46 enquiries in my "junk" file, which I have missed and not responded to! Absolutely devastated is an understatement. I feel that I have let lots of people down during their time of need. I am truly sorry if you are one of those people🙏. For me, it's a lesson learn't. Always check my "Junk" file!

Thank you to all my followers and clients past and present. Thank you for trusting me and inviting me into your personal world. It is a privilege to walk with you, side by side on your journey to a safer, happier and fulfilling future. Hi people, I just want to share my "human" side today, it's been a bad day for me. I think only peri-menopausal women will get this, but fellas, this is what you may witness! I caught my sleeve on the door handle, continued my journey through said door and yanked me back. Furious!😡. I went to my wardrobe to change said top, and every top I touched fell off the hanger. Rage!😡. I turned to comfort food and made myself a burger. The cheese slice sleeve teared off at its opening flab, so I couldn't access said cheese slice, fuming!😡 I proceed to add ketchup, it squrted my way instead of down due to nozzle being blocked, outraged! 😡
Does this resonate with any of my peri-menopausal followers? Frustration is understandable, but unexpected anger? It's OK, I confirm that I have my own therapy!🤣🤣

Hello, Rachael here from courage to heal counselling services, Barnton, Northwich. It has been a successful year, helping people through their problems and trauma's. It has been a privilege to provide a safe space, for people to explore their emotions, behaviours, thoughts and feelings, and to empower them to move forward positively in their journey to lead a happy, healthy life. It's so rewarding being a counsellor. I love my job, especially when I see a massive change in a client moving forward positively over the weeks and months; and I see a shift in their presentation and mindset, their success in self-confidence and beliefs. It's a tough job, me sometimes wondering if "I'm good enough", but when I get reviews and feedback, I realise that I have most certainly helped that person. 🙏
