Somewhere along the way, yoga became another performance.

Another thing to perfect.
Another identity to wear.
Another way to prove we’re “healed.”

But the real practice begins when there’s nothing left to perform.

When you stay with the discomfort instead of bypassing it.
When you stop trying to turn healing into an aesthetic.

That’s the yoga that continues to change me.

Everyone wants the quick fix:
• one deep massage
• one yoga class
• one intense workout

But the body doesn’t change overnight.

Real change happens when you show up for your body regularly.

Small habits.
Regular movement.
Looking after tight muscles before they become injuries.

That’s where the real results come from.
