Trying every trend you see online. Wellness is full of quick fixes and miracle products, but what works for one person doesnβt always work for another. Your body is unique, and your approach to health should be too.
Only focusing on the outside. Skin treatments and aesthetics are wonderful, but the real magic happens when you support your body from within as well. Nutrition, vitamins, sleep and stress management all feed into how you look and feel.
