The other day, a client told me she’d been feeling self-conscious since losing a lot of weight. She was so proud of her achievement (and rightly so!), but the loose skin left behind was really knocking her confidence.

It’s Vitamin B12 Awareness Day!

So many of my clients are surprised when they realise just how important B12 is for our energy, mood, and focus. The truth is that nearly one in three people in the UK are deficient in B12, and most don’t even know it.
