Pieces of the last week 😍

So this is what happens when your nervous system finally gets the reset it’s been craving 😜

I had to have local anaesthetic yesterday for dental work (another personal journey to share sometime), so here’s my toolkit for detoxification & recovery!

These are simply various approaches that I’m taking (before, during, and for the days/week after) to support my body… So take what resonates with you and find your own groove with these things.

NOTE: Everyone’s body is different. You don’t need to do all of it. Pick the tools that feel right for YOUR healing and plan out what is feasible on which day etc. yesterday I did the Big Seven, today I Dry Brushed, tomorrow Infrared… no need to cause overwhelm.

I bloody love this video, it’s what sound frequency does to water… and our bodies are like 60% water 🤪

So now imagine what it does to the water in your cells…

Vibration on a cellular level, shifting every stuck emotion, all the held trauma & stagnant energies.

Shifted, so that we can process and release.

It’s not invisible and it’s not ‘just placebo’ 🙄

It’s physics.

All creating waves through your body’s water.

Sometimes clients feel tingly or buzzing after a treatment, sometimes it’s an emotional release that seems to come from nowhere.
