This has inspired me so much because I’m working with a client who’s niece is going through all I can describe is hell at 16 and will not see her next birthday. All of my clients in March are happy to walk or run as many miles as they can to raise money for this amazing charity ###

A testimony from one of my clients. I’m so so proud of her ❤️❤️❤️

“In 2023 I decided to swim lake Windermere End to End…. ‘Couch to Ultra-Marathon Swim’. That’s when I reached out to Les to support my training and I’m so pleased I did. She helped me to target my training to strengthen the muscles that would be most affected by a marathon swim as well as helping to build up my stamina and fitness. Every session was personalised but kept the end goal in mind. We used weights, cardio and yoga in the plan, all in the comfort of her home gym.

Aside from Swimming training, she also treated my underlying neck problem that was causing debilitating headaches. She used her expertise in sports massage to help me with a treatment plan that we did alongside the strength and fitness training.

On top of all this, she was also counselling me while I dealt with significant work related stress. I’m very grateful for all the help Les has given me, she very much went above and beyond for me.

Les is a very committed and caring PT, but PT is an understatement of what she does and her expertise. She has exceptional anatomy knowledge and how to apply it to her clients goals. She offers a safe space to train, free of judgement and pressure.

I did complete my Marathon swim, and Les was a huge part of this! It’s shown me what I am capable of”

Can't recommend Les highly enough for her massage skills - so far she has mended my plantar fascitis, achilles tendon, shoulder, back, knees, elbow.
AND her Indian head massages are fabulous too, AND Reflexology - it really is a case of Heads, Shoulders Knees and Toes, Knees and Toes! Les, you have magic hands and I am so grateful for your skills.

This week I’ve Diagnosed three people with Plantar fasciitis and helped the pain subside dramatically. Do you have foot pain? Struggle with pain in the heel of your foot and even back pain? All this can be related to Plantar Fasciitis. I can really help these symptoms. Please get in touch. Les
