The benefits are so much more than I could compile in these slides and it really is a gift to share massage with your baby for as long as they allow 🙏

We do cute little spa nights now and I even get a little foot rub 😂🙌 ~ I love that this is also teaching self care 💛

I love baby wearing 🙌

At 22 months old I really thought the carrier was away for good but this week Imogens been poorly and it’s been the only way we could get out and about.

We needed our nature fix and it’s been so soothing and calming for her whilst unwell 🌳

I had forgotten how gorgeous it is to have her close and it just reminded me how precious baby wearing is.

So many slings and carriers are suitable for different ages, this sling I’m wearing is an sling and I’ve honestly well and truly got my use out of it.

People stop me and say ‘isn’t she heavy to be carrying?’ but surprisingly the carrier takes most of her weight, wouldn’t it be lovely if people stopped and said ‘how lovely that your still carrying your baby’ 😊

💛 If you find most baby classes overwhelming, especially when baby is tiny.
💛 You want to feel like you spent quality time connecting with your baby.
💛 You want to leave a class felling calmer and more you!
💛 You want to feel like you can just be yourself, no talk about right and wrong ways to parent or more unsolicited advice.

💛 You want to meet a community of mums that want to do things differently.
💛 You love nature and getting outdoors 🌳 Maybe you would like to join us on one of our weekly walks or try a carrier for the first time.
💛 You want a more flexible way to learn baby massage. I still recommend a minimum of four classes if you want to master the routine but you can still gain all the other benefits even from one.
💛 Flexible payment options such as pay as you go or four classes options, if you miss a week or go on holiday it doesn’t matter.

CLASSES ARE BACK!

So after having a very long extended maternity leave after the loss of my mum I finally feel I have my mojo back 😂🥰

I missed teaching so much and so I will be returning to the Winnington community building on Tuesdays to teach baby massage (I just need to confirm and set up a few things) and will be introducing another special monthly class ✨

Ive loved making these classes so special and even more accessible than before, I will post the details and how you can book very soon!

In the meantime we still have our mums walking group mums Northwich on Facebook (link in bio) so come and join me for some free walks 🌳🥾

As many of you know I set up a mums walking community when I had Imogen never anticipating what it would become and the lifelong friends I’d meet 🙏

Fast forward 12 months and we have completed more than 50 walks, hiked up mountains and shared more coffees, cakes and tears than I can count.

I heard this quote today by Alan Watts and it really got me thinking.. why are we all in such a hurry, constant achieving and striving, where are we going? Why are so many of us completely burnt out and this has become normal?

I think it’s really important to have goals and dreams but why are so many of us exhausted in the process juggling far too many plates. What is it all for if we can’t be happy right now 🤔

I could talk about how much I love micro needling all day but the science and longevity of this treatment speaks for itself ✨

I’ve seen so many treatments come and go over the years~ the latest craze until something else replaces it but micro needling has stood strong and evolved.. why? because it works!

I also love it because it’s a natural treatment that stimulates a natural process within the skin. If we replace the unnatural products often applied with those from nature we make this treatment even more powerful 🌿

Let’s normalize self love, care and wellness for children ✨

Meditation and yoga is on the rise in schools which is amazing but we need to do more. Our children are faced with ever increasing demands on them with the education system, social media and things look so different for them than when I was young.

They are turning to highly chemical based skin care and make up so young now, there is so much false information out there that I want to show that we can get results and feel amazing with natural alternatives 🌱
