Clearing the negative feelings and thoughts will reduce the stress levels in the brain and in turn release healthy neurotransmitters that give us rewards such as Dopamine and Serotonin. Feel good chemicals. Changing how we think is the key to happy mental health.

“Few Friends” Doesn’t Mean “Something’s Wrong” — A Neurodiverse Perspective

There’s a quiet narrative in our culture that says: if you don’t have a wide circle of friends, something must be off.

✨️You’re too guarded.
✨️Too intense.
✨️Too independent.
✨️Too picky.
✨️Too much.

But what if none of that is true?

What if having few or even no close friends at certain stages of life isn’t a flaw… but a pattern rooted in self-awareness, lived experience, and nervous system wiring?

This is especially true for many neurodiverse men and women.

Controlling the brain by slowing it down.
✨️Create daily tasks with duration
✨️Follow the tasks and mark as done. ✨️Any distractions, make notes to avoid those tomorrow.
🧠Be in the moment and concentrate on each task. If its too large then break it down into smaller tasks with time durations
☕️take small 5 min breaks inbetween each one.
Just get a water , cup of nice tea , breathe, meditate, whichever is good for you. 🙏
Then start the next task until all are done.
Celebrate your achievements with something you enjoy,
journal it 📚
take a walk 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🌳🌿
go to gym, 💪🏋
dance 🤼‍♀️
sing🎤🎵
meditate whatever you like. 🙏
Clear those neuro pathways. Release healthy neurotransmitters. 🧠
Release stress. 🧠
Create a bedtime routine.
Follow the same process.
Mark as done✔️
Sleep well. 😴

Start again the next day. ⏰️
