We're so excited to share our new development programme in Values-Based Recruitment, which Wellbeing Teams will be running in March 2019.

If you're a care provider or local authority looking to transform the way you find great staff who share your values, this programme could be ideal for you.

Wellbeing Teams have won awards from The Guardian, Skills for Care and LaingBuisson to recognise how the way we recruit is changing the sector; and we're looking forward to sharing our approach with others.

The programme incorporates three months of support, from learning about core principles right through to designing your organisation's Values-Based Recruitment strategy and follow-up problem-solving sessions with our team.

Sound like an exciting way to step up in 2019? Visit our website to learn more: https://buff.ly/2SYrlCB

Our online or face-to-face Values-Based Recruitment Programme could be right for you; providing three months of support for you to to learn about, design and implement your own Values-Based Recruitment strategy.

Going the extra mile is really important to our team, so when someone that we visit mentioned to Mo that they had run out of toiletries, she took it upon herself to bring along a little selection pack next time she visited. We all love a little treat once in a while!

We support a lovely gent in Oxfordshire called Shy. We learnt that Shy served as a firefighter at our local station. We spoke to a current firefighter who contacted a retired colleague to ask if he remembered Shy. Not only did he remember him, he found a photo of him and fellow recruits at a presentation day! Shy had never seen the picture before – it included the whole brigade that he served with and it really brought back memories.
