Having experienced some severe trauma at a young age I have always been interested in the cause and effect that the mind, body and soul have on our wellbeing. In the past I have worked within a medical facility specifically in the trauma and ICU departments, it was here that I experienced that healing not only came from the medicine or medical procedures but that the person's state of mind or emotional wellbeing can contribute significantly to the healing process.
