Our first aid, mental health first aid and soft skills courses challenge everyday thinking. Through adaptive delivery and a coaching style, our aim is always to maximise participation and learning.
We coach open minded people to be themselves, grow themselves and help others. We love nothing more than to support them in being their best self as often as possible and motivate them to achieve things they hadn't thought of.
The potential to save a life using CPR, approach someone who is coping with a trauma or support the employee who is aiming to achieve more at work is why we never hit the snooze button.
We live at such a pace that sometimes we would all benefit from taking a breath, interacting with the people that matter and reflecting on how we can refocus.
