At this month’s Companion Café, we were delighted to welcome Nick from Barclays UK , who joined us to share valuable advice and guidance with our guests in regards to scams and online privacy.

The Companion Café is all about creating a safe, friendly space where older adults, their families, and carers can come together for a chat, enjoy a cuppa, and pick up useful tips that support everyday life. Having Nick with us really added to the day, and we’re so grateful for the time and knowledge he shared.

A big thank you to Nick and to everyone who came along — your presence is what makes these events so special. We can’t wait to see you at the next one! 💜

💜 A big thank you to our wonderful Care Professionals in Northwich! 💜

At our recent team meeting, we had a fantastic afternoon of coming together as a team. We introduced Steph, our new Recruitment & Retention Officer, shared important office updates, and even worked on creating a team charter to highlight the values and standards that make Home Instead Northwich such a special place to work. These meetings are always a brilliant opportunity to connect, recognise achievements, and build on the amazing support our Care Pros already provide every day.

Alongside the meeting, we also organised a fundraiser in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society, featuring a raffle tombola, baked goods sale, and a pledge board. Thanks to their generosity, we raised over £116 🎉

We are so proud of the dedication shown by our Care Professionals — not only in the care they deliver to clients and families, but in their commitment to supporting the wider community too. 💜

Every pound raised goes towards helping the Alzheimer’s Society continue its vital work funding dementia research and supporting those affected. A huge thank you to everyone who joined in and contributed 🙌
