What a heart-warming past two days at both Warm Welcome groups hosted by Changing Lives Together's Buddy & Befriending in Cheshire

It was wonderful to spend time with everyone in Rudheath on Wednesday, enjoying a lovely afternoon filled with festive cheer, companionship and community spirit. 🎄✨

The Christmas celebrations continued into Thursday in Winsford. We were delighted to have our festive hampers distributed to help spread a little extra joy during the season — they were received with such warmth and gratitude. 💜

We want to say a massive thank you to Julie and the team for hosting such brilliant events and allowing us to chose their charity this year- it was an absolute honour collecting and gifting all the hampers to you.

We also want to give a massive thanks to the amazing local community with all general public, businesses and organisations who helped with donations, we couldn't of done it without your help and support 💜

Our team has been busy the last couple of weeks playing Santa’s helpers and wrapping gifts for our Be a Santa for Changing Lives Together 's Buddy & Befriending in Cheshire 💜

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing collection points, Kanya Bistro and Bar , Poppy Rose vintage Tea Rooms, The Venue Community Centre and Wildwood Northwich for supporting our Be a Santa initiative. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to get involved has helped spread so much festive cheer within the community — we truly couldn’t do this without you 🎄🎁

We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Asda Winsford for their kind donation. The support from both the store and the generous members of the public has been absolutely amazing and will make a real difference to those receiving these gifts this Christmas ❤️

What an incredible day at Asda Barons Quay! We are absolutely blown away by the generosity shown by our local community — thanks to your kindness, we filled two shopping trolleys with donations for our Be a Santa initiative in support of Changing Lives Together's Buddy & Befriending in Cheshire!

A huge thank you to the wonderful general public who stopped, donated, and helped spread festive cheer — every single gift truly makes a difference.

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the local community, we’ve raised nearly 200 beautiful gifts for our Be A Santa initiative! ✨💜

A huge thank you to Morrisons Winsford and their wonderful staff for not only hosting and supporting us this monday and tuesday, but also contributing donations themselves — your kindness has made such a difference.

And of course, a massive thank you to the amazing public, whose warm hearts and thoughtful gifts will help make Christmas a little brighter for older adults in our community. 🎄💛

We are truly overwhelmed by the support. Together, we’re spreading festive cheer and reminding people they are valued and cared for this Christmas. Once again, thank you Morrisons and thank you Karen the Community Champion for your immense support!
