It was a pleasure for Chris, our Networker, to attend the recent Health Professionals Breakfast hosted by Dawn at Cranford Grange Care Home in Mobberley.

These mornings are always a fantastic opportunity to connect with other local professionals, share insights, and strengthen partnerships that ultimately benefit the older adults and families we all support.

It was lovely to spend time at the Dementia Café at Tarporley Baptist & Methodist Church this week, run by the wonderful team at Alzheimer’s Society.

It was a fantastic group, hosted by the brilliant Chris, providing such a warm and welcoming space — especially for those living with dementia and their loved ones — to connect, chat and enjoy activities together. We had some Valentine’s-themed fun with Dingbats, a music quiz and, of course, a lovely cup of tea! ☕

We were pleased to drop off our new 2026 What’s On Where Guide to help signpost even more local opportunities. Chris’ Singing for the Brain group is proudly featured in the guide, alongside many other fantastic community groups across the area. 🎶

If you’re local to Tarporley Baptist and Methodist Church, the café currently meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11am–12:30pm — we highly recommend popping along.

Supporting connection, signposting meaningful activities and being present in our community is at the heart of what we do. 💚
