Solstice Blessings to you and yours...🌞

On the darkest night,
And the shortest day
The wheel turns once again,
The Holly King will give into light,
And the Sun King returns to reign.

We gather round,
Hearth and fire,
Telling stories in the cold,
We light a candle and in the glow,
Remember ancestors of old.

So when all is dark,
Remember this,
Mother Earth will soon be green,
For tomorrow, light begins to win,
New beginnings, everywhere seen.

So mote it be, the wheel has turned
Where darkness ends and light returns.

Longer nights and chilly days = candles, snuggly blankets and moving with our natural circadian rhythms.. giving ourselves permission to take a bit more rest.
October was my first Breathwork and Meditation class and I'm excited to tell you that the next one will be on Sunday 16th November at Moulton Church Hall. 7pm-8pm. I would love for you to join me.
