They are fully coached, low-impact and adaptable for all levels.
Classes currently run every:
Mon – 9.15 am
Tue – 6.05 pm
Wed – 12 pm
Sun – 9.15 am
PLUS, from Monday 23rd March, we’re adding a NEW session at 7.10 pm.

Not a member yet? Class passes are £10 per session, or you can sign up for a membership. Memberships with classes included start from £46 per month.
