Perfect alongside your other training to help you move better, recover well and reduce injury risk.⁠

They are fully coached, low-impact and adaptable for all levels.⁠

Classes currently run every:⁠
Mon – 9.15 am⁠
Tue – 6.05 pm⁠
Wed – 12 pm⁠
Sun – 9.15 am⁠

PLUS, from Monday 23rd March, we’re adding a NEW session at 7.10 pm.⁠

You can book these sessions via the app or if you want to know more, send our team a DM and we'd be happy to help with any questions!⁠

Not a member yet? Class passes are £10 per session, or you can sign up for a membership. Memberships with classes included start from £46 per month. ⁠

If you want to get the most out of your training in your classes this week, keep it simple:

1️⃣ Book your class sessions in advance

Treat your training like an appointment you can’t miss.

2️⃣ Track your progress in classes

Turn up a couple minutes early and load your session into the Namix Training App. As you go through the session log your weights - it’ll take the guesswork out of picking your weights!

3️⃣ Challenge yourself

Pick weights that push you, move with intent, and give the session your best effort.

4️⃣ Ask the coaches

We don’t have instructors, we have coaches. If you feel unsure about something or something doesn’t quite feel right, speak up and ask them for support - allow them to give you guidance and adaptations. That’s what they are there for!

Here’s your reminder that small actions done consistently each week lead to big results.

And when you do it with a great set of people in the gym community, it makes the consistency even easier ♥️

Meet Katie 👋

We’re excited to officially welcome Katie to the Namix Team as our new Centre Support Assistant!

Katie will be your go-to for all things accounts, gym tours, onboarding, bookings and general support — plus an extra friendly face on the gym floor if you need a hand.

A little about her:

🏑 Loves hockey
✈️ Big fan of travelling (Japan is her favourite so far!)
🌊 Enjoys wakeboarding
🐶 Recently got a golden retriever puppy who is keeping her very busy
🎓 Degree in Sports Science & Physiology from Leeds

With her sports background and friendly approach, we know she’s going to be a brilliant addition to the team and a real support to our members and clients.

We had a pretty cool moment on Thursday 🙌

We met Jonny Wilkinson at PerformX — he was an absolute pleasure to meet.

It was great to listen to his talk in the VIP fireside chat. He spoke with honesty and humility about mindset, inspiration and looking after yourself beyond just training hard. It really resonated with us.

That’s why we’re excited to start stocking drinks from his company, One Living — focused on daily wellbeing and recovery.

At Namix it’s not just about lifting weights or smashing sessions, it’s about feeling good, recovering well and supporting your body day to day.

It’s easy to stay in your own four walls and run sessions. But business should always keep evolving.

Some moments stop you in your tracks 💛

“Never did I imagine that I would complete the Namix Games…”

Watching this absolute legend take on the Namix Games was about so much more than a workout. It was courage. Trust. Growth. And a whole lot of heart.

Living with visual impairment, fitness once felt intimidating — but stepping onto the floor as a doubles team with her husband, Jordan, she showed exactly what’s possible when the right support, belief, and community are around you.

The teamwork, encouragement, and trust between them was unreal — and Jordan absolutely smashed it too, backing her every step of the way. 💪

Strength gained.
Confidence built.
Independence unlocked.

This is what the Namix Games is really about.
Not winning. Not times. But showing up, being supported, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you ever thought 🤍
