Hi everyone I will be posting in the next few days success stories from my members and their top tips.
This is Karen's story she joined the hartford wednesday morning group end of February and achieved her target in October and has lost 3st 11lb
As you may know my sister passed away suddenly the January b4 last , she had a heart attack, it made me think about my health as we were only 18months apart in age , I felt that I should lose some weight . I have lived with being overweight for a long time, after all I do own a catering business so I cook and bake most days and ofcourse I have to taste my own food so putting on weight goes with the territory . I feel so much better now , even though it has been costly buying a new wardrobe! I have taken all my "fat clothes " to The British Heart foundation charity in memory of my sister, I'm determined to keep the weight off. My top tip I suppose would be as I know is difficult for some is to stick to plan and weigh everything that needs to be weighed, it is quite easy to just add that bit extra cheese when your feeling hungry , but put some grapes on the side to avoid that temptation xxHi everyone I will be posting in the next few days success stories from my members and their top tips.
