Hi everyone Xmas Party's this week are Hartford Wednesday morning 8am and 10am and Thuready Weaverham 5pm and 6.30pm Just bring yourself and a free or low swip taster if you can. Dress code optional Xmas Jumpers or a bit of sparkle

3. Works Xmas party (am being good!)

Prawn cocktail (with sauce (6 for 2 tbs) and slice of bread (11) and butter (7)

Glass of fizz (5) 125mls

Steak, jacket and salad (with full fat mayo dressing! – 2 level tbs = 10)

Xmas pudding (16) 100g plus brandy sauce (9 200g ) - no cream

Coffee & small cream pot (7) and 2 sugars (2 round tsp 4) (forgot my sweeteners!) Total SWIPS 68

4. Brekkie in a hurry

breakfast this morning healthy extra b and tomatoes from allotment done in airfryer never done baby tomatoes like that but they were lovely and third of plate speed. Didn't give myself a huge breakfast just enough. W

tea tonight 5.5 syns it was lovely as the beans and potatoes were from my allotment checked the syns and measured accurately 3 syns was for the butter in the mash but it tasted good apple sauce was from a jar.
