My littlest little one has been super emotional the past week or so! It could have something to do with leaving pre school and knowing big school is approaching. Or it could be one of those joyous "developmental stages" I'm not aware of. Or it could be something I'm totally not getting! But she's needed more of everything ~ firmness, gentleness, hugs, sleeping, food. It's pushing us both so I'm resorting to what I know will help us both. A little bit of Reflexology watching her favourite programme (at the moment)
I'm gently pressing into her solar plexus on each hand individually, pulsing for 10, following her breathing then gently rotating on it, finishing on a hold.
I think we both feel a bit more calm and balanced now 🤪

Zo has received specialist training in the following areas of reflexology: Reproductive Health, Fertility & Conception, Maternity, Palliative Care, NEPIP and Energy focused methods, Adapted Reflextherapy for treatment of spinal and musculoskeletal injuries.

Reproductive health isn't just for women and isn't only important when you're trying to conceive.
Your reproductive system is in a continuous cycle and so shouldn't be ignored. It's also responsible for the secretion of hormones, that lets face it, have a big impact on how we feel and function day to day.

If there's an area of your reproductive health that is concerning you - talking to your GP should always be your first point of call. But when you feel safe and confident to take ongoing or personal control of your symptoms ~ Reflexology can work alongside your body's natural cycle to strengthen areas that may be problematic for you.
