🍓🍌 A lovely morning in the kitchen today!

Our residents enjoyed getting creative making delicious fruit flans and fruity meringue treats. There was lots of chatting, decorating and, of course, a few taste tests along the way! 🍰✨

We started the day with a lovely and creative painting session 🎨
Residents enjoyed a mix of free painting, stencil work and pebble art, with John adding the finishing touches to his aeroplane he made a few weeks ago ✈️

This afternoon, we made the most of the nice weather by setting up our very own “beer garden” outdoors 🍻
Residents relaxed in the sunshine and took part in a fun pub quiz, with plenty of laughs and a great team spirit throughout.

A wonderful day filled with creativity, fresh air and good company 😊

What a lovely day at Crossways! 💛😊
This morning we enjoyed some friendly fun with table top football, pool, curling and magnetic games, with plenty of laughter and a little healthy competition.

This afternoon we were delighted to welcome the local school children for a special visit. Our residents loved spending time with them, playing little games together and sharing smiles across the generations. Such a joyful afternoon enjoyed by all 😊💛

A lovely day out today as we took some of our residents to Vickersway Park to enjoy the sunshine, followed by coffee and a chat at Kanya Café ☀️☕ Residents thoroughly enjoyed getting out and about.

Our afternoon entertainment sadly cancelled last minute, but we made our own fun with a lively game of bingo and plenty of laughs.

A big thank you to Jane for helping make the outing run so smoothly, and to Andy from Vickersway Taxi for being so chatty, kind and helpful with our residents — your support was much appreciated 😊

We’ve been getting creative today! 🎨✨

This morning we enjoyed a relaxing decoupage session, transforming simple items into beautiful trinket dishes. Everyone chose their own designs and colours, and the results were absolutely lovely 💐

It was a wonderful way to unwind, get creative, and of course have a good chat along the way. Each dish turned out unique — just like the people who made them ❤️
