Welcome to all the new followers and hi to everyone else 😍

Here's a few pics of me at the High Legh 10km.

First 10km in 18 months. Thoroughly enjoyable event put on by Lymm Runners.

Very grateful to get back out there with the lovely running community and pleased with the time 38.27 and first Lady.

Hope to be back next year.

Lovely to run through my local town and village and see so many friends and patients along the way.

Hyrox success for clients at Birmingham last weekend.

Congratulations to Champ and age group winner Rob! With the 8th fastest time in the World ever in his age group at his first ever event!!

He has also secured his spot at next June's World Championships in Chicago 🌍🇬🇧

Good luck to Rob at his next event in Copenhagen.

More congratulations to Will Power in his first Solo event and to Rob and Alex in their first ever event in the pairs where they recorded the 2nd fastest run of the weekend including the Pros 👏

Manchester to Liverpool Ultra

What a fantastic picture message to get from my athlete Fae!

Congratulations Fae for coming 3rd Lady in 7hrs 51mins 03s for the 50miles.

The race report sounds like she had a fantastic run, finishing extremely strongly,narrowly missing out on catching 2nd place by just 2 minutes.
