Russell is Relaxed, really Relaxed – Olympic standard relaxed. Why? Mindfulness, that’s why. He can teach you this stuff, just like he teaches Cheshire Police, Warrington Wolves, Leeds Rhinos and Widnes Vikings professional rugby players, Community Integrated Care, The Alzheimers Society, The Imperial War Museum, Warrington, Bolton, Halton and Trafford Councils, Sci-Tech Daresbury staff, people staying at Her Majesty’s Pleasure, Teachers, school children, college students, Men’s Mental Health groups, The Rugby League, an NHS Trust, numerous private clients and seceral charities in the North West, including Free Your Mynd and Offload, the Mens mental fitness charity.
He has run successful businesses and holds a Mindfulness Based Stress Relief Qualification, a Diploma (Distinction) in Teaching Meditation and a Mental Health First Aid Qualification.
