While massage availability is currently limited, Reiki energy healing sessions are still available - either in person or online via distant healing.

These sessions offer deep rest and reset on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

A gentle yet powerful way to support your nervous system when things feel like they’re getting on top of you.

Reiki primarily focusses on relaxation, stress reduction and promoting a sense of wellbeing.

Many of my clients have found it incredibly supportive during difficult life events, such as relationship breakdowns, bereavements and job changes.

Helping you feel calmer, stronger and more able to cope with life.

Other benefits include better sleep, reduced pain and support with anxiety or low mood.

Please get in touch if you’d like to book or know more 💫✨

Ever noticed how the cheaper brands are usually tucked away on the lowest shelves in shops, while the pricier ones sit right at eye level?

It’s a clever sales tactic - profiting from the fact that many people avoid all that bending and stretching to reach the bargains.

Here I am (with Sophie on photo duty again!) in Pets at Home, bum-to-heels in a comfy squat, browsing the dog shampoos. The £9.55 Bugalugs is easy to grab on the higher shelf… but the £3 Animology? You’ll need to get low for that one.

Working on your flexibility so you can squat like this comfortably might just save you a fortune in the long run.

Just one of the many everyday wins that come from stretching regularly.

Came to give blood 🩸 Left having taught a neck stretch!

I met Gemma, the lovely Donor Carer, who mentioned her shoulders were tight from the awkward position she has to work in a lot of the time, so I showed her a super simple stretch to ease the tension.

When you’re self-employed, you’re kind of always on duty!

But I honestly love sharing tools for self-care.
Helping people feel a little lighter in their body, a little calmer in their nervous system.

Whether it’s a deep stretch, a calming breath, or just a 2-minute nervous system reset - these small shifts make a big difference.

Want a couple of stretch or breath tips you can do at your desk or in between tasks? Drop a 💚 and I’ll DM you a few of my favourites.

Life update: what’s staying, what’s changing, and how I can continue to support you in person and online 💚

I’m doing fewer massages at the moment due to elbow pain, so I’ve temporarily closed my online booking system.

But I’m still offering tailored treatments including Reiki, aromatherapy massage, breath coaching and stretch coaching - all beautiful ways to support anxiety, sleep, digestion and stress.

Thank you so much for your patience and ongoing support - it means the world. If you’re a regular client or you’re looking for some support right now, just reach out and let’s have a chat about how I can help🧘🏻‍♀️ x

My next small group flexibility programme just filled… the same week the last one finished!
And I haven’t even advertised it yet. Word spreads when people get results 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏿

So, I’ve decided to open up one more group on the remaining Mondays in July at 1pm, before I head off to Thailand next month to teach at Phuket Cleanse Retreat 🌴🧘🏻‍♀️

This is for you if:
✨ You wake up feeling stiff and achy most mornings
✨ Your body feels tense and tight by the end of the day
✨ You’re craving more space in your body - and your mind
✨ You’ve been meaning to stretch more, but don’t know where to start
✨ You’re curious about how stretching can reduce pain and stress
✨ You’re ready to commit to 15 minutes a day for your wellbeing

DM me to apply - spaces will go fast!

“A massage won’t solve the stresses but it certainly helps the body cope and recover”.

So true 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻

Stress is part of life - especially when you’re juggling work, family and your own busy brain.

Massage might not fix the chaos around you, but it does give your body what it needs to rest, reset and carry on.

✨ A calm body supports a calm mind
✨ Recovery is a form of resilience
✨ You don’t have to wait until you’re burnt out

If you’re feeling the strain, my door is open.

Just came off a brilliant livMatt Hall podcast from Matt Hall’s Success School, diving deep into resilience and burnout with expert Will Samson.

One insight really stood out and it surprised me…

💡 Instead of looking for physical symptoms, start with an energy audit.

Paying attention to how you feel, task by task, and how is your energy in doing that work - is this work I want to keep doing - can help you spot the early signs of burnout before they take hold.

Such a powerful reminder for those of us juggling a lot 💫

Today I started a Sound Journey Practitioner course at Transcend Studios in Eccles, learning how to use sound as a tool for rest and recovery.

I’ve really enjoyed the first day - especially diving into the theory and science behind how sound affects the body and mind.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be learning how to create a calming space for sound baths that help people switch off, unwind and feel more balanced.

Watch this space! 🎶✨🧘🏻‍♀️

This photo’s kind of cute (bless Simba for the snuggles!)… but you can definitely see the tiredness in my face!

I shared this post to my personal page, but thought I’d share here too because I know a lot of you, like me, are running your own business.

It’s been a big few weeks - long hours in the therapy room, juggling admin and content at my desk, burning the candle at both ends, Zoom calls with my business course community, a full strategy day in Bradford on Friday and a coaching call with business strategist, Matt Hall, today.

I’ve been noticing the signs creeping in - feeling more tired than usual, struggling to concentrate, a bit irritable, reaching for snacks instead of proper meals and unable to find the motivation to get to the gym.

Any energy I’ve managed to muster went into working on my business and I think today it finally ran out!

Normally I’d power through and try to squeeze in a bit more coursework tonight, but after spending the afternoon outside, walking and reconnecting with my body, I realised what I actually need is rest. So I’m heading to bed early, even though there’s still a long to-do list waiting for me.

These are the moments where it’s easy to keep pushing, but they’re also the moments where we need to pause, listen to what the body’s telling us and give it what it needs.

If you’re feeling the signs too, take stock, slow down and look after yourself. That’s more important than trying to keep up with a mind that never switches off!

About Us

Natalie Kitchen BSc(Hons) VTCT DipCT MFHT MAR

Hi, I’m Natalie, the owner of Weaver Therapies. As a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist, I am able to apply a range of therapies to fully meet your needs. My dedicated garden room at my home in Kingsmead, Northwich provides the perfect healing environment for your treatment.

After gaining an honours degree in Health Sciences (Adult Nursing) at the University of Surrey in 2002, I worked as a Staff Nurse in both medical and surgical specialities in Cheshire and Somerset for 5 years. I then took a break from nursing to set up a property business and start a family. 10 years later I sold the business and followed my dream of returning to healthcare in a more holistic capacity.

I completed the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies through the Manchester School of Massage in 2019 and I am fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I also have completed short courses in Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, and Thai Massage. I am currently studying for my Second Degree Reiki and a Certificate in Cancer and Palliative Care through the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre in Harrogate. I also volunteer at a Complementary Therapist at St Luke’s Hospice in Winsford once a week which I love.
