Excited! Only 1 more day to go before I get to bring a breathwork and sound journey experience to a soul-nourishing day retreat in Gildersome nr Leeds.
It’s going to be a beautiful day, combining yoga, self-facial massage, wellbeing talks and finishing with the breathwork and sound journey.

Your body holds tension for a reason.
When the nervous system is under stress, muscles tighten as a protective response. Over time this can show up as stiffness, aches, restricted movement, headaches and persistent tightness that stretching alone doesn’t seem to fix.
Stretching is not just about flexibility.
It is also a powerful nervous system regulation tool.
My 1:1 Stretch Coaching Programme is a 4-week programme designed to help your body release deep tension and learn a new state of ease.
Each week includes a 1:1 coaching session where we work through long-hold stretches (2–5 minutes) combined with guided breathing. This helps switch off the stretch reflex so your muscles can relax safely and release more deeply.
You’ll also receive a tailored 15-minute daily stretch practice to do at home, with guidance and support throughout the programme.
During the programme you will learn how to:
• release chronic tension held in the body
• improve flexibility and mobility
• calm the nervous system
• use breath to help your body relax
• build a simple stretch practice that fits into your day
If you feel stiff, tense or tight in your body, stretch coaching can help you reset both physically and mentally.

Hi, I’m Natalie, the owner of Weaver Therapies. As a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist, I am able to apply a range of therapies to fully meet your needs. My dedicated garden room at my home in Kingsmead, Northwich provides the perfect healing environment for your treatment.
After gaining an honours degree in Health Sciences (Adult Nursing) at the University of Surrey in 2002, I worked as a Staff Nurse in both medical and surgical specialities in Cheshire and Somerset for 5 years. I then took a break from nursing to set up a property business and start a family. 10 years later I sold the business and followed my dream of returning to healthcare in a more holistic capacity.
I completed the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies through the Manchester School of Massage in 2019 and I am fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I also have completed short courses in Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, and Thai Massage. I am currently studying for my Second Degree Reiki and a Certificate in Cancer and Palliative Care through the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre in Harrogate. I also volunteer at a Complementary Therapist at St Luke’s Hospice in Winsford once a week which I love.
The knowledge and experience gained during my nursing career have been invaluable in my work as a therapist, allowing me to understand the needs of clients with a range of medical conditions and adapt my services and aftercare accordingly.
