Focus on Facials ~ who doesn't love a facial? Combined with Facial Reflexology and you will be in heaven!
A double cleanse, scrub, tone and hot towel followed by a massage incorporating reflexology. Whilst a face mask is working its magic, I will do hand reflexology with a focus on relaxation. Finally a soothing moisturiser is applied leaving your face feeling younger and radiant. This 75 minutes treatment costs £60 but you can add on a scalp massage, back massage or foot reflexology to suit your needs. 90 minutes is £70, 2 hours is £90 and 2.5 hours is £110.

The weather has been gorgeous this week, so Tim and I headed off to Shropshire for a country park walk at Nesscliffe. In the park there's a cave where legend has it local highwayman "wild Humphrey Kynaston" had a hide out.

For this time of year, I have chosen to focus on Reflexology and Reiki. I love a massage but for deep relaxation, I would always choose Reflexology, adding in some Reiki really is the icing on the cake.
Facial, foot and hand reflexology can be combined into any format that you would like but here are my suggestions for the most relaxing and soothing treatments:
90 minutes: 45 minutes Facial Reflexology + 45 minutes Foot Reflexology £70
120 minutes: 45 minutes Facial Reflexology + 30 minutes Reiki + 45 minutes Foot Reflexology £90
150 minutes: 45 minutes Facial Reflexology + 30 minutes Reiki + 60 minutes Foot Reflexology + 15 minutes Hand Reflexology £110
