🚨 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Just a little reminder to all clients
Please respect my time as a small business. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations mean I lose income and other clients miss out on those slots.
❗ No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, you will be asked to pay £10 on your next appointment. Other future bookings may require full payment upfront.
⏰ Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice could result in you being asked to pay an extra £10 on your next appointment.
💬 Rescheduling
If you give 24+ hours notice, I’m happy to move your appointment where possible.

⏱ Grace Period:
You have a 10-minute grace period
⏰ 15- Minute Limit:
If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled depending on availability.

No shows have a massive impact on my business.
Not only do I loose the money for my services and time wasted but I also will have also prepared the products, heated the room and the chances are someone else wanted that slot.
I know emergencies and last minute issues arise and I fully understand that.
Unfortunately it is happening more and more, so I am looking at a ‘payment in advance’ system.
