Priyal first joined the gym with one clear goal. She wanted to lose weight and feel better in herself.
Over time that goal started to change.
As her confidence grew she began trying new things, building strength, learning new skills and pushing herself in ways she never expected. What started with weight loss has turned into something much bigger.
Now she is training for things like Hyrox and ATHX games, developing strength, conditioning and skills along the way.
Watching that shift is always the best part of coaching. Someone comes in with one goal and then realises they are capable of far more than they first thought.
