🏁 Hertfordshire 10K – Race Day Recap

A fantastic Sunday race day for the Move Well crew at the Hertfordshire 10K!

Coach Joe ran a sublime race, securing 3rd place overall with an incredible 38:43 PB 🔥

Coaches Phil and Kim both gave it their all, Phil making smart race-day choices where needed to protect longer-term goals and Kim came away proud with a faster than expected time of 53.51m)

But our amazing members: Visheena, Audra, Priyal, Miren, and Ravi all ran brilliantly, each earning a personal best and showing exactly what consistent, intelligent training can achieve.

Such a rewarding day seeing everyone’s hard work pay off, team spirit in full flow, and those Move Well colours flying high!
