I truly believe it’s so important for women to have time that’s just for them.

So many of us spend years looking after everyone else — children, partners, parents, work — and somewhere along the way, we put ourselves firmly at the bottom of the list. We tell ourselves we’ll rest later, we’ll slow down when things calm down, we’ll book that appointment when there’s more time.

But our bodies don’t work like that.

I specialise in women’s health because our bodies go through constant change — often quietly, and often without much support. From puberty to post-menopause, women are expected to “just cope” with stress, hormones, fatigue, sleep issues, low mood, and feeling disconnected from themselves.

Natural therapies like reflexology offer gentle support at every stage of a woman’s life. They create space to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect — without medication, pressure, or expectations.

My treatments are designed to feel unhurried and supportive. Longer appointments mean you’re never rushed, never pushed out the door, and always listened to.

Baby Massage - Reflexology - Massage

With the stresses and strains of our busy lives taking their toll on our health everyone should take a little time out for themselves to unwind, to relax, be still and rejuvenate. Its not indulgence, its selfcare.

I offer a various massage and reflexology treatments, each tailored to your needs. So if it’s a relaxing, stress relieving treatment or a treatment with focus on a specific problem, both can be arranged. I have a special interest in preconception wellbeing and pregnancy wellbeing. I have taken additional training to ensure my treatments are safe during pregnancy and also to look after your wellbeing postnatal.

I work on a mobile basis and will bring everything to you, all you need to do is sit back, wait for me to arrive and enjoy the treatment in the comfort of your own home. After the treatment you’ll have the added bonus of being able to curl up and continue relaxing at home. The areas I cover are Pinner, Northwood, Eastcote, Ruislip, Bushey, Moor Park and the surrounding areas.

I’m also fully trained in Baby Massage and Reflexology. I run group courses which show you how to confidently massage your baby and apply reflexology techniques. The 4-week baby massage course start off with a basic routine which helps to relax, sooth your baby while introducing them to the first touch. Then each week we introduce new techniques which aim to improve your baby's sleep, aid their digestion, boost their immune system and help relieve the symptoms of colic and constipation. Each time you give your baby a relaxing massage you are improving their wellbeing and enhancing the special bond the two of you share. Private group courses are also available, so if you have a group of friends who would all like to join in then this can be arrange. Private group course are hosted by one of the group. 1-2-1 courses can also be booked.
