Merry Christmas and Happy psychological well-being in 2023!
Dear All,
As another year-end approaches I'd like to take this moment to wish all my clients a Very Happy Christmas and a Peaceful New Year!
We all know Christmas as that special time for reaching out, giving gifts and reaffirming warm connections with friends and loved ones. This season though, as many face the prospect of a difficult winter coping with the cost of living crisis, it's worth reminding ourselves just how important it is to take care of our mental health needs over the year ahead as much as our physical ones. By all means keep active at the gym but remember that simple Relaxation can often be the best antidote for Anxiety and there are lots of inexpensive ways to de-stress whether its reading a good book, walking the dog or spending quality time with friends and family.
