📖 Soil to Gut: Spring is a reminder that resilience is built from the ground up.
Inside our bodies, our gut microbes, our “wild inside”, quietly support digestion, immunity and inflammation, helping our health stay balanced. ⚖️
Something very similar is happening beneath our feet. 👣
In healthy soils, especially those managed with regenerative farming practices, thriving microbial communities help plants grow stronger and more resilient.
Just as nature-friendly farming enriches life in the soil, nurturing our gut microbiome strengthens our own internal ecosystem.
Conditions such as IBS, affecting around 10–15% of women, are often linked to gut sensitivity and inflammation, reminding us how important it is to support a healthy gut microbiome. 🦠
Resilience begins in the soil.
