My aim is to provide my clients with a tailor made opportunity to pause and take time for the Self. A Time To Breathe is about space, peace, relaxation. Holy Fire and Usui Reiki offer a gentle yet discerning method of releasing stress and anxiety. It lightens the load, so to speak. For some its energising, for others its deeply relaxing. Working with the added vibrations of Reiki Drum and Crystal Therapy, the sound waves of the drum, and piezoelectric connection of the crystals makes for a truly unique experience. Whether your treatment is in person or distance, I'll channel Reiki energy to cocoon you in peace and light. The energy will then flow to wherever it needs to be, infusing you, cleansing you, or even balancing you...there's no right or wrong in it. It simply does. The result is comfort and peace. A general overall feeling of wellness. Something that will remain with you as needed. Always remember that complimentary healthcare should never be considered a replacement for conventional medicine.
