Do you feel it's time to feel better about yourself, to enjoy amazing food, get that body exercised and join a band of people who all have the same goal, well if that's a big resounding yes then why not come and join one of my slimming world groups, lots of food understanding, lots of laughs and best of all amazing people who may become life long friends..
See you on a Monday at Spixworth, woodland view junior school at either 4.30pm or 6pm.
See you on Thursday at Old Catton, Garrick Green infant school at either 530pm or 7pm.

Are you struggling with feeling uncomfortable, do you want to join a friendly group of people all with the same goal to lose weight and feel great in those clothes that have been sat in the wardrobe for a while.
Do you know that Norfolk County Council can help, if you qualify you could 12 weeks free at Old Catton SW Group, if you want to come and join us and money is a bit tight and your BMI is over 30 then why not scan the bar code attached and see if your eligible, what have you got to lose. Are you fed up of feeling uncomfortable, have you got a special occasion coming up that you want to feel amazing at. Do You want to lose weight by still eating loads of free food and still have everything you desire to eat but in moderation, we'll now you can, come and join our groups at either Spixworth on a Monday evening 4.30pm and 6pm or Old Catton on a Thursday evening at 5.30pm or 7pm, both of my groups have amazing members who would welcome you will open arms and support you 100%, go on you could be a different you in no time.
