Tracey is from our Earlham 5:30 session, Tracey loves Gin and Gillian chocolates and fish and chips, she can still enjoy these following slimming world!

First photo was about a month into her journey and the second was this weekend for her son’s wedding…. at Target. Tracey has lost 6stone and 11 lb and in target and comes to group every week without fail, she’s been at target since late spring 2024 and believes the reason she’s still in target is because of group and her support she receives every week. Tracey loves going out for dinner and loves sharing her meal ideas each week as well as her Vinted buys in smaller sizes, and she is now happy wearing dresses!

How does this make you feel? It makes me feel excited!! It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW! There really is no better time!
It may be cold and dark, raining (or even snowing where you are!) but it won’t be for long. Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.
What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.

Even just 1lb a week would have you 2 stone lighter!

DEAR RE-JOINING MEMBER

It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining this SW group this or next week.

And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my goodness, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".

These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in our, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you're an old friend. And MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world).

So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2025 could be the year of your life!
