You can find guided videos and audios online or on apps like insight timer. They can help to reduce stress and anxiety and can be a useful tool for managing long-term pain (by changing the brains perception of it).

One way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine is through mindful eating. This is where you slow down and really focus on your eating, in a non-judgemental way, without distractions like television or your phone. Try noticing how you feel when you are eating, savouring each mouthful and noting how full you feel after each bite.

If you are not used to meditating, the idea of doing so for an hour may seem very daunting (and you may also struggle to find the time for this). This is why we would recommend starting with really short sessions. Sometimes as little as 5 minutes is enough to really make a difference. You can gradually increase the time, or frequency. Times that work well for a lot of people are when you wake up first thing in the morning, on a lunch break or just before going to sleep in the evening.
