During tonight's run the virtual trainer kept referring to the person on the inside and not the image others see of you on the outside. Wise words for anyone struggling with self worth. 💪 Tonight's meditation focused on letting go of negative events you have held onto far too long....eg a past traumatic experience.🙏🧘‍♀️

This evening routine of exercise, shower and meditation is working well. I often get snappy and say things in the heat of the moment. Regular meditations are helping with that probably more than evening exercise. I will continue this routine as it's a good combination. Letting go was the focus of tonight's meditation....releasing negative thoughts and the past.🙏🧘‍♀️

Typically people make new year resolutions at the beginning of each year. Rather than say to yourself - I will do ...why not say I intend to...for example:-

I intend to be more active
I intend to be more wary of what I eat and drink
I intend to be more calmer
I intend to allow myself a little more me time

Set the intention and you will feel less pressured if for whatever reason you don't make those achievements.
