🌿✨ Hello & Welcome – I’m Jo! ✨🌿

If you’re new around here, or we haven’t spoken in a while, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share a little more about what I do and what’s to come!

I’m Jo Spaull, founder of Jo Spaull Health & Wellness Coaching and the JS Sports Massage Therapy Clinic. Since 2015, I’ve been on a mission to support women in becoming the healthiest, most empowered version of themselves – physically, mentally and emotionally.

What sets my work apart is a truly holistic approach to health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. I don’t believe in quick fixes or a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I help women create real, lasting change by addressing not just the physical side of health, but also the emotional and psychological layers that often get in the way of progress.

With a background in psychological therapy, I integrate mindset and emotional coaching into every part of my work. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-worth, body image or self-sabotage, we dig deeper to uncover what’s really holding you back, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

💬 I work with women who:

▪️ Struggle with energy, stress, sleep or burnout
▪️ Are navigating gut issues, hormone imbalances or chronic symptoms
▪️ Want support through pre/postnatal or peri/menopause life stages

▪️ Want to feel good again – strong, confident, and in control of their health

📍I offer 1:1 coaching both online and in-person, making my services accessible wherever you are.

💆‍♀️ And this year, I’m excited to be expanding with the opening of the JS Sports Massage Therapy Clinic – providing hands-on support for pain, posture, mobility, injury rehab and recovery. It’s the perfect blend of physical therapy and the holistic care I believe in so strongly.

✨ There’s so much more to come, including new programs, workshops and resources to help you reconnect with your body, feel your best, and take empowered ownership of your health.
