Registering a Death – What You Need to Know 🤍
When someone dies, the death must be registered in person and by appointment at a registration office.
Please only book an appointment after you’ve been advised to do so by the Medical Examiner’s Office or the Coroner.
Key points to remember:
🕊️ You should register the death within five days of being told to do so
📅 Appointments are in-person only
⏳ Appointments cannot be booked more than five days in advance
