NEW postnatal course Sprowston starting on Thursday 16th April at 10.45am
This course is designed as a guided return to movement post birth -intentional, progressive and supportive.
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll work on foundational techniques that support your postnatal recovery.
– Breath (the foundation for everything)
– Pelvic floor & core (beyond “just squeeze”)
– Stability + alignment
– Releasing tension from feeding, carrying, broken sleep
– Building strength for real life with a baby
– Slowing your system down so you actually leave feeling better
Each week builds on the last so you’re learning what your body needs and how to support it at home.
